Would highly recommend Paul Demarco at ESPC for anyone currently thinking of remortgaging or buying for the first time. This is the second time I’ve used his services for my mortgage and he’s been fantastic both times. Excellent communicator and always stays in touch, he makes what could be a stressful journey feel so easy which is exactly what you want as a customer. He clearly has great market knowledge which is particularly important in the current financial climate.
