Love cricket but don't bother with the shop online. Takes nearly a month to get an order with no update once they've taken the money. Emailed several times and ignored. Messages several times and ignored. Really bad customer service.Update 29/8/21Item finally arrived after 4 weeks. Defective on receipt. Stitching coming away on collar. Returned (tracked) on 18/8 and am still waiting for refund despite the fact they received on 19/8/21Update 1/9/21They finally acknowledge receipt of returned and tracked item. Will take 7 days to return money!Just been emailed. Apparently they have trouble with PayPal so if I don't give them other banking info it'll take 28 days to get refund. As they can't even spell my name correctly I'm not giving them any further banking information.

Come on ICC, we are in england, during world Cup and no cricket spirit, tv not showing games freely, no jerseys on the streets ... Come on cricket .. where are the fans ICC??
