Handle were supportive in helping me to find roles, however they have been quite hit and miss in terms of providing and receiving feedback.Since leaving a job I was placed in by Handle, I have received no follow up call or check in.

The recruitment agency is ok, they have a good selection of job. Unfortunately I found them very slow at following up. They are not very reactive. They used to be very good.
