Alpha Glazing

Nice people but work a bit ropy, issues I had as follows , cold spots left around windows and doors as no packing or insulation used, doors set to high and had a high over step, no safety glass used in Windows which were below safe hight, brickwork cement joints broken along top of window and I had to remove and recement in place to finish off job.Issues were resolved but should never of happened. Schoolboy errors.
