Northants Pilates Rushden

I’ve been attending classes with Northants Pilates at Rushden for the last 15years and absolutely love it. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional and fun, classes are varied and give you a great all over work out without sweating… brilliant! The underfloor heating in the winter is a proper bonus too!! Highly recommended to all.

Northants Pilates has made such a difference to my back problem over the past couple of years. It has strengthened my core which has resulted in much less episodes of back pain for me. It’s like magic, at the start of the class I feel somewhat stiff but by the end of the class I can touch my toes and feel so much more flexible. Karen is a brilliant teacher and makes the class fun and relaxed but with excellent results.Thanks so much Karen and the Northants Pilates team!
