Carrolls Glass

Have triple track doors in 5years now. Had a couple of minor issues from general use. Contacted Carrolls glass and they came out and put everything right and no charge. Very delighted with the service.

Fast, efficient and friendly service

I’d strongly advise against using this company. They fitted units with sub standard parts, took over a year to replace them and then tried to charge us for it, saying it was ‘due to damage/misuse’. Terrible way to treat honest customers who repeatedly gave them the benefit of the doubt.

Failed to call me back 3 times with a quote or to answer a queery. Didn't come out to measure up when they said they would!! Don't waste your time or effort.

Do not buy windows or any other products supplied by this company they do not stand over there guarantee or warranty we have had more trouble with the bi folding doors they supplied first the no1 the doors started to stick there answer that's a maintance issue. No2 the glass unit exploded in the heat. Answer the broken glass isn't covered in the warranty only if the unit breaks down.No3 the backdoor which they supplied the hindges are bent. Answer no maintance contract no warrenty. What ever you do stay away from this company poor workmanship is an under statement.......It was a man called JIM that sold them to us.

Best glass I've ever had fit 10 out of 10 would recommend guys!
