Lee has done an excellent job on advising us structurally what we can do in our flat in a conservation area. I was so impressed how super quick he was. As our property is a holiday property we were only in Torquay overnight and he came out within 12 hours so we did not have to make a trip back. He also communicated with my builder so we could complete the work and provided structural calculations for planning department.I was impressed with his knowledge and efficiency.
