365 Recovery

Thank you so much Mark!!What a god send!Stranded on a dual carriage way with my 2 year old and dog and so many near misses of lorries just getting around my broken down car!! From the heavens Mark and his tow truck pull up and although not booked for this breakdown he saw us in distress and came to the rescue potentially saving our lives!!!I can not thank you enough for keeping to action and towing my car my baby and my dog to safety for no charge at all and whilst on another job!!If I ever need help again I will be calling your number!!

A massive thank you to these guys! We had been pushed from pillar to post by the AA for 10 hours. The guys very kindly dropped our car to the garage of our choice, saving at least another £100 on another tow today. They even took our suitcases etc. on the truck and brought us home. Couldn’t recommend them more……..

This company was fantastic for us . We are both disabled, our car broke down and they brought us all the way from Folkestone to Bath an 5 hour journey and The Driver was absolutely fantastic . Couldn’t fault him and was very courteous . His name was Lewis I believe we could not ask for a better driver

Unfortunately my car broke down on Saturday evening at around 8.25 with my two granddaughters in the back, reported breakdown on the AA app and was given an eta of 10.40, eventually got through on the phone after an hour and told them I had young children in the car. About 11.20 Ashford recoveries turned up and said it must be my ECU unit and said he would arrange for it to be towed home , I had already told him my phone had died, but when I asked how long it would be he said he didn’t know and I would have to track it on the app, then he was off.I managed to download the app on my partners phone and logged in, there was no information about a recovery truck or my initial call out so I reported it again. Within20 mins Mark from 365 Recovery turned up , quickly assertained the car was going nowhere and got us a recovery truck within 30 mins , he stayed with us until the truck arrived giving us updates every 5 mins. Mark was outstanding. He was determined that I wouldn’t miss my flight. Not only did he personally transport me all the way to Heathrow, he stopped to allow me to fill up the gas tank (while on the back of his trailer) and then he let me out at the departures gate and he took the car back to Budget rentals for me. It meant that I made my flight and also I got home the same day. Something I never thought would happen when I had the blowout.365 Recovery are life savers !!

Lewis attended my breakdown ,in around 30 minutes. Very calm and professional, took my car and passengers home with no problems. Thank you.

I needed a company to collect my car from Birmingham and bring it to Whitstable, 365 Recovery were amazing! I even got updates where my car was and what time it would arrive.Highly recommend them and will use them again for sure!

Marc and Lewis arrived an hour earlier than estimated, reassuring my elderly friend and me that we could sit in the warm while car was sorted, arranged repairs and have been utterly charming and professional. Mark from 365 Recovery came to rescue my classic 1962 Citroen ID that had declined to proceed having lost the hydraulic fluid and sunk right down on the suspension. He was professional, efficient and courtious. Kept me up to date on his journey to collect and then deliver the car to the specified garage. He treated the car with great respect. Very good service, happy to recommend.
