Broomhall Post Office
Several times now go to use the post office different times of the day to be told closed due to not having staff trained. Please update your website to give times when open to save the wasted trip and carbon footprint. Bath Road Post office now packed due to everyone going there and they are fed up off it too.

Been a few times and each time I get told they aren’t open for the post office and given different excuses. If it’s not open please update your times if this is the reason

It is so refreshing to find a Post Office in Worcester where the team are pleasant and you feel welcome as opposed to others who will remain nameless. Now my no 1 choice for PO locally - highly recommend. Quick efficient service.
