Shop itself has a good selection, polite staff, quick service and plenty of parking outside. The area however isn’t very nice, but no discredit to the store and the hardworking staff.

Called as our delivery hadn't shown up but was marked as delivered. We were told that we would have to email just eat and request a refund which takes 5-7 days. I could hear them talking about a lost delivery amongst themselves but given no explanation. How you lose a delivery is baffling!

Low food hygiene standards. A shop assistant took someone's cash and then put my baguettes in the oven with her bare hands. When I pointed it out she rolled her eyes. There was no apology. I refused to take the baguettes.

great food and clean shop. staff are friendly and helpful with any problems. was served by Nathan, was very patient while my kids was ordering. we left very happy.

They gave me the wrong order after I told them when he tried to give me something that I didn't even order and then he was saying that it was the right one. I came home cut it open and it wasn't what I ordered in the first place

Staff are nice and friendly. As a franchise though in general. They've become a bit pricey . Almost £2 for most pastries now . Bit overpriced

Customer service was amazing. They called me up to let me know that there steak bakes would be a while cooking and the delivery driver understandably didn’t want to wait so asked me if I wanted to swap for a different option. Whoever I talked to was so lovely on the phone and well mannered. Just to top it off I was nicely surprised with 2 free donuts with a “sorry :) free cakes xx” message. They really didn’t need to but that was really generous and honestly made my day. To top it off the food is always hot when delivered and nothing is ever missing even down to sauces. Thank you to whoever I spoke to your a real gem xx
