Terrible Experience with Rude and Unprofessional Car Key Guy!First and foremost, the Car Key Guy's attitude was unacceptable. He displayed a complete lack of respect and making me feel incredibly uncomfortable throughout our interaction. His rudeness was evident from following messages, where he threatened to block me if I contact him again about the service. He had no interest in resolving my issue or providing any form of customer service. Instead, his sole focus seemed to be on asserting his authority and power over me, the customer. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using his services! His rude and unprofessional behavior, coupled with his poor communication skills. I sincerely hope that he takes this review seriously and reflects upon his actions!!

What a lovely chap, rang for a visit for unusable car key & one not working as expected. He talked me through what maybe the cause & solved the problem over the phone. Very rare this day and age, would recommend car key problems 10 fold.

Absolutely Excellent.Graeme provides a professional and friendly service. He repaired two remote key fobs which were either disintegrating or non-functioning. This required some soldering, fitting new cases, and then pairing them with the car.He did all this quickly, efficiently and at an unbeatable price. I would recommend that anyone with a car key problemshould just go straight to the best and speak to Graeme.
