I ordered lunch today from this location through Just Eat. 45 mins later I get a notification that the meal has been delivered. It wasn't. 20 mins later I alert the restaurant to the situation. No response. I had to reorder — hoping the refund would come through in the meantime. Nothing. It's outrageous that I would have to pay £30 for a McDonalds lunch for one person — and the restaurant is so unprofessional and cavalier that they just ignore what is tantamount to stealing £15. Shameful.

Well asked for veggie wrap waited for 10mins then received chicken wrap in veggie packet eek. Didn’t bother returning to complain was already running late to pick up kids :( (good job I’ve not been veggie for few years would of been a disaster!!!)

Went through the drive through and was empty, waiting at the speaker for a while no one served, went first window now one served, went last window, someone finally there asked have I paid, told them I have not even ordered yet! No one bloody serving, so then have to reverse up, finally get the food and it's basically just been thrown together willy nilly, burgers hanging off the bread etc no presentation at all.Mcdonalds used to be great, now it's just nimpty kids working there with no management, really surprised there still going, this is the first time I have been maccies in donkeys and now I remember why I sacked off going last time.Always get food wrong they just can't be arsed to cook.

Fast food gone slow. Why has McDonald's gone so slow, waiting for almost an hour every time we go, as a family its no longer a convenient food source, its faster to just go home and make our own food. The food always comes out cold and the last few times its left us all ill. McDonald's has gone rapidly down hill and the staff just seam half asleep

I actually don't eat McDonald's, but I enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. The whole site, indoors and outdoors, was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly, polite and quick. Would go again.

The reality is that this place is useless. Ordered on app collected travel 75 seconds to home food is cold. Chocolate milkshake tastes of banana and no sauces as usual. Have you seen the advert for double big mac? See the photo for the real size of each burger, paper thin. Rubbish.......

Ordered take away, service was good, staff were lovely. However when food got home and I only had to drive 3 mins away was freezing cold. The fries tasted not nice at all. Worst McDonald's I've had tonight.

THEY HAVE CLOSED THE CLICK AND COLLECT, FORCING YOU THROUGH THE WORLD'S SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH. SINCE THE NEW SYSTEM THEY NOW HAVE A 100% TRACK RECORD OF GETTING OUR ORDER WRONG. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THEY GET YOUR ORDER WRONG? NOTHING. NO REFUND, NO DELIVERY. THEY PUT YOU ON A COMPLAINTS TRACKER" WHICH MEANS NEXT TIME YOU COME IN YOU GET THE STUFF THEY MESSED UP FOR FREE.
