Why am I leaving a review on a company that I didn’t buy a car from …??After a terrible experience with a local dealership, we went to look at a car at Hertford Car Company … we arrived, were greeted and after a few details were explained left to look at the car by ourselves!The car was immaculate and well presented and all our questions answered in a friendly professional way.We decided against the car purely because, let’s be honest, we were too old and whilst we would have loved to relive our youth, getting in and out of it wasn’t as glamorous as it may once have been.They were gracious and didn’t try to ‘hard sell’ anything else to us…Can’t recommend enough!

From the first phone call right up to when we collected the car, these guys have been amazing. Took my very anxious daughter (after having her car written off in an accident) to see some cars and felt like they really did want the best for her.. Ray went above and beyond for her and made her feel so much better about getting back in a car.
