We ordered some bedding for our narrow boat as we have a longer double mattress. The fitted sheets and mattress protector are all an excellent fit and quality. Very satisfied customer!

After a bit of digging, this company does not legally exist and is not registered with companies house.When I asked Shelley at customer services as to the name of the legal entity who owns them, or even for their company registration number, oddly, I did not receive any reply.Such ghost" companies can easily disappear overnight and although theyight have good reason for not wanting to publicize who they actually are

Outstanding quality bedding. First rate customer service. Since I placed my first order several years ago, I have bought many times since and have never been disappointed. One of my favourites is 1000 thread count Egyptian cotton (feels amazing) and for colder weather the flannelette is a super comfy and soft. I will never go anywhere else for my bedding. I'd previously brought a handmade Foss flakes duvet from the Linen cupboard around seven months ago. The duvet became faulty and some of the baffles had come away leaving the filling making its way out of pockets (still within the duvet) I hadn't washed the duvet just shook it now and again. I emailed the Linen cupboard with some photos of the faulty duvet and they got in touch with the manufacturer, who then suggested another duvet type for me.When I requested to upgrade the tog level to a slightly warmer one, offering to pay towards the upgrade they said it was fine and that they would do that for me, they didn't charge me and were very apologetic for the faulty duvet. I spoke with a lady called Shelley who was lovely and replied to my emails very quickly. They promptly sent me out a replacement duvet which is perfect, perfect warmth and anti allergy properties and luxury feel to it. You know you get a quality duvet when it makes that lovely rustling sound! :)I was sad about the original duvet but I'm very pleased with the replacement, it's warmer for me than the old one and actually perfect for my needs, fluffy marshmallow cosyiness! Thank you very much Linen cupboard and the manufacturer for the replacement and making the whole process easy.I can whole heartedly recommend this company, the communication is always quick and they do their best to satisfy the customer, they have some really unique and lovely products at great prices. I'd definitely buy again and if there are any quibbles I feel confident that this is a company that cares and wants to make things right.

Excellent service with quick delivery and superior quality products. I ordered for a king size, double and single bed with pillows, duvets,mattress toppers, mattress protector and a combination of flannelette and hotel stripe covers, sheets and pillow cases. I am extremely happy with my order and will definitely now be only using The Linen Cupboard Yorkshire for all of our future bedding purchases. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic store, highly recommended. We ordered simple yet elegant organic cotton sheets from the Linen Cupboard. They have a huge variety of sizes and some are made in the uk which helps keep the carbon footprint down. Excellent quality and fast service. We ordered on the Friday, a friendly DPS girl delivered them on the Tuesday. Yorkshire company too, I always find the best things come out of Yorkshire...

I was given some items from the linen cupboard as a gift and was so extremely impressed by the high quality of the products. Definatley not your typical stuff you get off the average high street shop, this is seriously top notch! If you want to know what it feels like to sleep like a king or queen do not look any further! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Selena at the Linen cupboard had displayed and delivered absolutely outstanding customer service from providing several quotes to us, delivering a substantial order long before there estimated turn around time that really helped us to open the Pilgrims Friend Society’s brand new care home. Calls and emails were returned promptly with politeness and like it was no bother to them at all.Selena also arranged a collection and refund of a large amount of items that we could not use. If Selena wasn’t around whoever dealt with our queries were just as friendly and efficient.We will definitely be using the Linen Cupboard again

The company was a bit disorganized with the items we have ordered, first no information, the duvet needed to be made - which took another 14 days , mattress protector had run out stock but we were not updated until chasing the company and end up the duvet sent to wrong address!

My husband is delighted with quality of the easycare sheets. Thanks Selena for your patient good service. And for a recommendation to try Linen Cupboard a company I was unaware of but will certainly use again.
