Bought 2 bathrooms (ensuite and family bathroom) from bathshed. 2x shower, 1 bath, 2 glass enclosures, 2x mixer taps, 2x sinks, 2 toilets, etc.The company were extremely helpful and responsive by phone and email and when small issues arose they were extremely quick to resolve. Highly recommend!

Fantastic company which I discovered by chance online. Contacted Michael by email and he could not have been better! I was beyond demanding but nothing was too much trouble. Order was placed and delivered within 3 days with constant updates from Michael regarding the progress of my delivery. The products are still in boxes for now but I have every faith they will be the same quality as the service received.

I dealt with Michael to order all my bathroom products and radiators. He was extremely helpful and always quick to respond. All my items arrived in Dublin as requested. I would highly recommend Bathshed.

Ordered a towel rail a moth ago that still hasn't been delivered. Had to order for a new one in the meantime in order for my bathroom to be done and not pay extra cost in labour. This is a company who charges £90 for delivery. I paid £200 in total and now they refuse to refund me. I've already lost so much money this is not acceptable.

February 2021 - Had a fairly poor experience using this company over the last 4 weeks, spent nearly £1k on 4 items. The first delivery was incorrect and had to replaced. The second delivery seemed to resolve the problem until we unpackaged a shower tray to find it had damage. On the third attempt the correct tray was delivered however was the wrong size but this wasn't discovered until after the plumber had it fitted. Communication couldn't have been better with the sales guys but will not be using this company again after this experience. Products appear to be of good quality.

I recently purchased my bathroom suits from Bathshed. Their service was amazing and Michael was just great to deal with, he made everything so easy and the whole process of getting my bathrooms enjoyable. Everything was just flawless from their customer service to their deliver to their quality. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I ordered a towel rail on 26th June, its now 9th July and its still not been dispatched,Very disappointed as we have builders coming this week and the towel rail isn't delivered yet

I couldn’t recommend Bathshed more! I purchased vertical radiators and LED mirrors for my new bathrooms. My order was delivered the next day and the items are of high quality. The staff I spoke to on the phone were knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. Other family members have purchased full bathroom suites from Bathshed too and they received the same service and product quality.The items I purchased were to replace last minute cancellations from an order placed and confirmed with Bathshack. I wish I had purchased my entire bathroom suites from Bathshed from the beginning.

Searching for a bath on the internet and came across this new company with a fantastic range of baths to choose from. Having placed the order I was pleasantly surprised to hear that the item would be delivered within 48 hours. I had contact from the seller at each stage of the order & delivery process which gave me great confidence in choosing to purchase from this company.
