Our business has been with Berry for a number of years and have been highly impressed with the service and value for money they provide. The support they offer is fantastic - staff are very friendly, helpful and highly knowledgeable. Berry put you in direct contact with their technicians (not just front-line staff who raise a ticket and have no answers) and queries are typically resolved the very same day. Berry have even approached us with ideas on how to make our call plan more cost effective. Additionally, the Samsung phones and system they provide are top of the range, reliable and easy to use. Berry are great to work with and we hope to continue doing business with them for years to come.

I was dreading the technical complications of setting up our new business phone system but Berry Telecom customer service made it a completely problem free transition from BT.My business now has the services and applications I need to route calls to my Franchises, improving the level of the customer service I can offer by making sure customers speak to the right person quickly and efficiently.I needed a system which provided a good user experience for me, my staff and franchises and Berry Telecom have ticked all the boxes, including value.Well recommended, use with confidence, hope this reviews helps.

Our experience has been very good with Berry...smooth transfer from old provider and the engineers have been exceptionally polite and helpful. They are a credit to the company. Our contact so far with customer services has also been positive. Previous reviewers were put off by the initial sales approach where the rep claimed to have been in touch with them before when they had not. Must confess this nearly put us off too but we were in the market for a new system so we gave them a go and have not been disappointed. Maybe review the cold calling script as this seems to be putting people off when everything else is all good!

My advice would be to proceed with caution. Our experience with Berry Telecom was one that involved a misleading and disingenuous approach to sales that resulted in a soured relationship. Below are the details of the discrepancies raised:Lack of clarity – when signing a 5 year lease deal on a phone system, it was not made clear at all that the agreement with Berry was a 7 year deal. At the point of signing, I understood I was signing for 5 years. Why would anyone sign a 5 year deal on a phone system and a 7 YEAR deal with Berry? (I understand the sales person in question left the company soon after.)Lack of transparency – On reviewing the documents, I would draw your attention in particular to the part on the 'Maintenance Agreement' that says: <>...And then underneath, in a font that is deliberately smaller in font size, so as to suggest it is of less importance, it states:This is a seven year term… I would argue that the customer agreement is unclear with a very small type script and the use of a numerical reference only. Should be clearer.Read the small print and approach carefully. I would not engage Berry ever again.

Paul Shaw our engineer provided us with brilliant service. Happy with our new phone systems.Dan Hayes contacted me to check if our phones were working well for us and if we had any issues. I cannot explain how happy I am with Berry's staff services they provide to us. Any minor issues we have had Berry's staff have dealt with it right away made sure we were informed with the outcome. Dan Hayes was on the phone to me for about 15 minutes to listen to the issues I faced with our previous telecom company and reassured me that they will not allow for issues or problems to occur.

it looks like our experience with Berry is not an isolated one! Been with then 2yrs and one of the worst business decisions that we have ever taken. Continual phone issues, not being able to dial out or answer calls. I hate to think how many calls/business we have missed during this time.

We have been with Berry for over 7 years and cannot fault the service they provide. Our contact, Will is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their customer service is the best, they always keep you updated IF you have a problem (which is very rare) and the technical team sort out the fault quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend them 100%.

We’ve recently had our Berry Telecom system installed at the Ray Mac Stadium which was a smooth process changing from our previous provider. Having used the system for a couple of months we’ve found it extremely user-friendly. Calls are clear and the flexibility of the system means we can easily get the caller to who they want to speak to even if they’re working remotely.The engineer was helpful & knowledgeable throughout the installation process and explained how everything worked. Berry has also been swift to sort out a small issue and went above and beyond to help with a network problem that was not part of their kit.The Ericsson/LG telephones are also user-friendly and have proven popular with everyone in the office. They link up to our PCs and the utilities on there are excellent for managing calls and caller details.We would be happy to recommend both Berry Telecom and the technology provided. In fact, if you drop into the Ray Mac we’ll give you a tour.

Berry have been our phone provider roughly a year now. Always easy to use and speak with. Their system works perfectly for the business I work for. Kristina and Tina are always helpful to us, including personally dropping off a new phone lifter.happy to be dealing with.

We moved over to Berry Telecom a number of years ago, upgraded the phone system and broadband and since we been with them the service has been great from installation to support.The staff i have meet and spoke to have been fantastic nothing is never too much and when we had problems they have sorted it quickly and give us advise and help on our IT side as well on equipment they have not supplied.From day one I was given a account manger to look after us i have had Tina for a few years and she calls regular to check all is going well and advise of any new services etc.I would recommend this company and employee 100%.Keep up the great work Berry and happy new year to all
