While the accommodation definitely suffered some teething problems early on, I will definitely say that our stay here has been very pleasent. The staff have been amazing, Tasha particularly has been outstanding - from coming to our room to fix our leaky pipes to making our stay feel homely, safe and warm. The staff's hard work, effort and amazing attitude is what keeps this review at 4 stars.

It's a beautiful place to behold, well-managed, and the staff are always available to help. I will definitely recommend it to anyone in need of student accommodation.

Best student accommodation, I will highly recommend this property for students. It is the most wonderful property among all the other students living in the city. They host events every day, and have great amenities. The staff here is just like a family to us. Reception is open 24/7. They have great support to everyone. Thank you True Student for the wonderful experience throughout our academic.

Overall, I think is an alright accommodation but defiantly not at all what expected/advertised.It seems that they opened earlier than planned, so the accommodation/organization is not satisfactory. The team is very friendly but takes a long time to respond to inquiries. I hope it will get better with time but they should reconsider their fees as most of the facilities they promise are not yet usable.

Tasha, Amber, Lauren and Corey are absolutely amazing! They are always helpful, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our needs are met. They are knowledgeable and always eager to answer our questions. They are also very responsive and make certain that our requests are met on time. I am very satisfied with the level of service provided by the staff because they are dependable and professional.

True Student has been my home for the last six months. I have experienced the best student life and all of this is thanks to how lovely the staff is and how they always make you feel at home. In this residence you do not only get a place to sleep, you gain a new family. Natasha, Lauren, Lea,Corey, Amber, Richie, Rebecca, Broddy.Everything is so nice that you will never want to leave. They are not just perfect workers, they are also friends that will be there for you for any emocional struggle or for advice.Not to talk about how lovely the cleaning ladies are and how good they take care of this wonderful space.I will always have this experience printed in my heart.Love you all so much.
