Stoney Stanton Calor Cylinder Distribution Centre - Closed to the public

Can anyone beat this...2 hours 28mins for the phone to be answered? Not sure what's going on at Stoney Stanton over the last couple of months but a call made to them 2 weeks ago took 1 hour 20mins. I have been a regular customer for over 10 years and never experienced such poor customer service, not even an apology. The sales team used to answer within an acceptable 10mins, and very pleasant service, especially Louise and Lynn. Running a very busy business I can't afford my phone to be out of action for this length of time, lost two jobs today while on hold. Not impressed

Dissapointed.When signing up with Calor the sales team do a great job at giving you all the spiel with many benefits and free tanks and this and that...Unfortunately, once a customer you are stuck with them, their tanks and their rigid business processes.We have been customers for years and the nature of our business means we move location from time to time. They take up to a week to change a pickup address of tanks even with all the verification??? The customer service is usually poor and everyone seems to be in a bad mood. As a huge company, please update your terrible procedures and understand and deliver to the needs of the businesses you work with...

It's Monday and we Ran out of gas on Saturday so we have no hot water or heating, phoned the emergency line as we have a vulnerable person staying with us so critical to get gas, promised a call back which never came, we have a tank that they're supposed to monitor so we never run out!!! Absolutely Rubbish customer service.

terrible company - great drivers and engineers BUT the admin team are terrible. I have been emailing and calling for 6 months for my credit note after the delivery driver accidentally broke the tap on our tank. We lost 50% of our gas but the driver got the engineer out next day and fixed it. Now though Calor will not reply to my requests for some replacement gas. We nearly ran out and have had to purchase more gas - still 6 months on no one from customer service, or Priority services etc will return my countless emails and i wait more that 45 mins on phone to then be just cut off. Absolutely terrible administration

I just want to say a big thank you to Genn (sorry last name not known to me) for his excellent customer service and helpfulness today. He is a very kind and understanding employee and a credit to your company. Thank you Glenn.

l've been using calor gas for8 years l've never had a problem but the woman Who answered the Phone today was veryansın rude to me.m

Run out of gas on an automated top-up system and nobody has picked up the phone - my wife has been on hold for over 2hrs and the office now closed. We now have no heating or hot water and two young children.

Home gas tank was due to be filled due to being empty completely. Was promised a delivery within 3 days due to our young baby and having no heating or hot water whatsoever. 3 days later I am told it would be with me by Friday morning. Called Friday morning to be told it’s coming later today. No delivery came so I called for the 4th time to now be told that it’s coming in 2 days time.That’s 6 days with no heating or hot water with a 2 year old child. SHAME ON YOU CALOR! Customer service have fibbed me off saying that they can only send an email. Disgusting!Birmingham Live are writing a story on the fact that we now have to stay in a hotel when calor has not adhered to its contractural obligations, and I’ll be removing the calor tank from my property

Atrocious service - be warnedWe have just moved house and our new property is on LPG. We previously had oil fired central heating. The previous owners were registered with Calor so we decided to stay with Calor, what a mistake!Calor have so far been very happy to take our money but we have received no delivery despite placing our order 2 weeks ago! Our gas tank is now running on empty.We have contacted them on more than one occassion and received apologies and promises but still no delivery.The website seems to be permanently not working if we try to email via this, so our only option is to sit on the phone waiting nearly an hour to finally speak to someone. I am presently on hold while writing this, so far 30 mins and still waiting. On Friday my husband was on hold for nearly an hour. He was promised a delivery at the weekend which failed to appear.I am not one to write reviews but the atrocious service we have received from this company drives me to do this and warn those who might be considering using them....don't!

Abysmal place to work for as an agency tanker driver. They give you the worst vehicles and all the difficult drops like houses in the country with no numbers. Much better money working for DHL JLR or supermarkets .
