I first used NCP in feb 2012 when My black lab & best friend Tasha of 13 years had to be cremated. & a day ago on 11 December 2014 I had to ask for there Help with one of Tasha's & old friends Bongo my 21 year old cat. Both were very loved for all there life's, So saying good bye broke my heart. Norfolk pet crematorium were a big help to me in the worst times of losing my best pals. They were understanding. & the service allowed me to collect the ashes the day after I dropped my pets off. I'd recommend The Norfolk pet crematorium to anyone who sadly may need there services.& I would also like to say thank you to them for there help with Tasha & Bongo.

Very understanding and compassionate. Amazingly wide range of urns etc to suit everyone. Fast service too and whilst I hope to not have to use their services for a very long time they’ll be my first call when that happens. Many thanks.

Norfolk Pet Crematorium are very professional and understanding, and have show great compassion in such a difficult time for us. The service was quick, and the fact that we could say goodbye in the 'farewell room' without being rushed really helped to ease the pain. Thank you.

After loosing our 14 year old Japanese Spitz beloved dog. Norfolk pet crematorium collected her and cremated her. Given back in a beautiful wood carved box with her name on a brass plaque. With a cremation certificate. I cant thank them enough for such a painless process in such a painful time. I would definitely recommend to anyone who has lost a pet.Thank you so much

Honestly recommend:Norfolk Pet Crematorium are extremely understanding, professional, respectful, dignified for pets and reliable. We have recently took our two beloved family dogs here and we are please with the pet cremation service and outcome. They really did bring some comfort and reassurance to us at a time of great sadness and even went out of there way to contact us when we left a blanket there at one point, which was very kind of them.

I lost my dog very suddenly and hadn't decided what I was going to do with her. I told the vet on the Monday that I wished to have her cremated and returned in a simple pouch so I could scatter her. Monday evening I emailed the crematorium to see if they could get a paw print for me. By Tuesday afternoon I hadn't had a reply, so rang the vet to see if she had left them. She had gone to the crematorium that afternoon, but by then they were shut. Wednesday morning I rang the crem, to be told they could do paw prints, but that my dog was being taken care of" as we spoke! A WEEK later she was returned to my vet for collection (literally round the corner from them and me)

I've used this crematorium twice with both of my boys and the service they offer is second to none. They are caring amd sensitive to your wishes. They looked after both of our babies and kept in contact with me throughout the process, even giving us time to allow family to come up from London to say goodbye. For what is one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, this crematorium really went above and beyond. The memorial gardens are also beautiful and having a chapel of rest where we could spend as much time saying goodbye is a beautiful touch. This month it's been a year since I lost my last pup and the crematorium are fine with us visiting the gardens this weekend because they know yow much it means. A service that cannot be beat.Thank you x

Not happy with the service we received at all! On arrival to bring our beloved dog to be cremated we were starred at and shouted across the car park by a rough looking man to come into an outbuilding out the back and not into the main reception. He then proceeded to ask some details about our dog. He didn’t even ask the breed or if we needed any help with moving her. We then asked about the boxes available to put her in and we then had to choose from some that were already cremated sitting on his desk and waiting to be picked up by their owner. We later found out only because we were left standing around waiting for someone to help us that in the main reception they’ve obviously spent a lot of money on doing up the room putting glass cabinets in there and showing what choices of boxes there are and other memorable trinkets. Not once were we shown into reception to see this. We then had to collect her from said outbuilding by a different man. Not once were we spoken to with any compassion or sympathy. They personally seem as if they didn’t care. We won’t be using this service again. It’s gone down hill from previous visits.

Absolutely amazing service, with such an awful thing to have to go through when losing a much loved member of our family and pet. The staff are so lovely and compassionate with you. You're pet is placed in a chapel of rest by the staff to which you can spend as much time as you need and are not rushed in any way.My pet dogs ashes were ready to collect the same day in many different available options for you to keep and treasure. Many thanks to you and you're staff.

Out little terrier died unexpected and the children really wanted her cremated after loosing her mum four month previous who we buried. So this time they could have a keep sake made from her ashes. We found the Norfolk pet Crematorium on line and gave them a call.....All can say is FANTASTIC service from start to finish with real caring and compassionate staff. They have a lovely room resting place to leave your lost pet where you can spend time with them before saying good bye.The grounds and place its self are real lovely and very well cared for and I must say having lost Nana recently better than the human crematorium in my view.As promised her ashes where ready for collection when they said giving us a phone call to let us know . As part of the service the ashes were in a lovely wooden box with a name plate on it . There were many other urns/pots/containers to choose from .I know we would all pay anything for our loved pets but just like to say its not expensive at all.TOP TOP rating fantastic service and would deff recommend them. Thanks guys you made a horrible situation to deal with a lot better
