Holiday yarn treasures are my favorite souvenirs and this place did not disappoint! Welcoming and well-stocked - including a lovely section of local and regional yarns. If I lived nearby - I’d be here regularly… as it is, I will dream, plot, and plan my return as quickly as possible.

Went in as a complete beginner. I know absolutely nothing about knitting. Nikki was very friendly and incredibly helpful. She pointed me in the right direction to start my first project. I'll definitely be going back.

Beautiful shop! Picked up some lovely yarn here and the person who helped was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Really wouldn’t recommend this place with the limited opening hours. I made a special trip here and was waiting outside for 15 minutes and ended up leaving in the end.They have a one customer policy which I completely understand but to ignore a customer who is patiently waiting in the rain for that amount of time is absolutely outrageous, some acknowledgement would’ve been fine! I could see the staff and she avoided eye contact with me the whole time despite me trying to wave and knocking on the door on three occasions. I only wanted some patterns and wool for my grandparent who is shielding hence why I waited so long - but this woman obviously preferred to have a chat with a friend. Shame because they have nice things but I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. Waste of a journey.

Popped in today for the first time. Absolutely beautiful wools and such a lovely, warm, friendly welcome and very helpful. The little package of tea & biscuits popped into my shopping bag was a really lovely touch. So nice to see businesses doing things right.

Genuinely the best shopping experience I've ever had. I'm really sad the physical shop is closing, but I will continue buying online.

Beautiful shop with such a wide range of indie dyed yarns from over 20 different dyers from all over the UK and Ireland! I took ages selecting a skein that I could have as a reminder of my holiday.Friendly staff who are ready and willing to help if you need advice but who don't pressure you into making a purchase.

A lovely young woman helped decide what yarn to buy. I do wish they carried more British yarns.

To my surprise, to find a felting shop in Llandudno was perfect as I'd left my needles ? I like to take projects away with me. So this little shop helped me out.

I go to this amazing shop whenever I’m on holidays in North Wales and I cannot wait to see the amazing helpful owner! The service is fantastic and as for the products, you could spend a whole day and more going through the beautiful wools they have. I’ve got fantastic WYS wool there and also purchased some fantastic wooden knitting needles which have now become my favourites! If you love knitting/crochet just go there it’s so worth it!
