Southsea sound is a fantastic venue for band rehearsals, and has a lot of great equipment at your disposal. Staff are always super friendly, and ready to help if you have any issues or questions. Lovely little kitchen area, and small smoking area out back. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a space to practice music in.

Fantastic place to practice and record. I've recorded with a few different bands here and Tim always produces an amazing result at more than reasonable prices. Not only that but he gives creative direction, whilst honouring your artistic input. The experience is always fun! The staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms that they offer are equipped with top-notch equipment and kept in pristine condition. Can't fault the place!

One of the most comfortable and relaxed recording experiences I've ever had. Everything was ready to go when we arrived. They were all so lovely, helpful, professional and passionate. We got an amazing sound out of the drums! 10/10 would manically recommend to anyone in my general vicinity.

We recorded 3 songs in a day which is no easy task but at Southsea Sound this felt so manageable. Fantastic equipment can be provided too, so we literally turned up with nothing. I can't recommend Southsea Sound enough.

I've rehearsed and recorded at Southsea Sound a lot since they opened a few years ago, despite living in a different county. They're a real treasure and an invaluable part of the local and national music scene. They're amazing at what they do, friendly to work with, have a great attitude towards making records with artists and always remain completely professional while doing so. It's thanks to all of this that I've made most of my favourite recordings there and look forward to working with them again and again in the future.

I can't praise the Southsea Sound team enough! We booked the studio for my son’s 18th birthday for him and his friends. They are all talented on their instruments but complete amateurs in a recording studio. The support and instruction was fantastic and they came away with 3 tracks and massive beams on their faces!! Highly recommend.
