Excellent experience, very professional for waxing

Awful communication, barely replied and then once I’d booked appointment blocked me on Facebook. Id bought a voucher on groupon for eyelash extensions, once I arrived at the salon, the worker said she needed to use my phone to call her boss because didn’t know how to apply eyelashes and was unable to explain to me the different types and how to apply them. Seems very dodgy, I don’t trust somebody who doesn’t know what they’re doing to touch my eyes therefore didn’t go through with the appointment.

If I could give this place zero stars then I would. It is very unprofessional I had my eye lash extensions done here and they starting falling off during the drive home and within 48 hours all had fallen off one eye. I went back to the shop to complain and they did not apologise as I bought from groupon they said they would refund through the system 2 texts and a email later and they have still not processed the refund. Apart from this the hygiene of the place is not good. The therapist dropped the tool she was using to put the eyelashes on twice on the floor and then carried on using I was shocked as the store looks dirty. I should have gone with my first impression of walking in the shop.
