We had Jamie from Elite at our Headingley campus for a self-defence intro session - Jamie is professional, really knowledgeable and extremely patient. Top communication throughout the booking process, we needed lots of info and forms filled and Jamie was friendly and speedy giving us everything we asked for. We all really enjoyed the session, learnt some brilliant skills and can't wait to see him for another session again after Christmas!

We hired Elite Self Defence for a organisation event. We required some bespoke one-off sessions for a wide age range. Jamie was very responsive and it was easy to agree on what was required and make payments. The price was higher then expected but not too unusual for what was requested.For the event itself, Jamie was an excellent instructor. Really engaging and knowledgeable. He was adaptable to the different age ranges and situations on the day. People were able to get involved and also ask questions. Feedback from those who attended was positive and everyone had a good time.

I had my first class tonight with Jamie and it was superb. He is an excellent instructor and clearly highly skilled at what he does. I was made to feel very welcome, and Jamie was very good at explaining and demonstrating things. Whilst I have a lot to learn on this course, I already feel more confident, and I am really looking forward to seeing how my skills develop. Would highly recommend.

I just started my self defence training with Jamie. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The training session was really good, very informative and fun! I can't describe how amazing I feel after a session..make me happy and strong.I highly recommend doing this to everyone... I've been really pleased with Elite Self Defence. I have been attending private classes with my husband and two teenage children and we are all really enjoying it.Jamie is very calm, patient, professional and clearly skilled and knowledgeable in what he teaches.I was initially put off by the price (it's not cheap!) However, we really are learning valuable life skills as well as getting a good work out AND spending quality family time together as its something that the kids are really keen to go to and engage with each week.Highly recommend!

My two have been coming here a couple of weeks and they both love it. Jamie has been amazing at settling them both in and helping to build their Confidence. Jamie is professional and works really hard with the kids im learning self defence. I would highly recommend.
