I can’t praise Alex at Flames enough. An absolute joy to work with and we now have a beautiful fireplace! I’d recommend to anyone looking to upgrade a fireplace or buy a new one!

James installed our fireplaces 5 years ago and has always been very helpful and professional. He was one of the very few honest trades people that we used when building our extension. Whenever we have a minor issue with the fireplaces (which is usually down to user error!), he immediately visits to rectify the situation, even though we are not local to the area. I can highly recommend him and his products and he deserves a 5 star rating.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Uncomplicated to deal with and well-priced, certainly when compared to local alternatives. We are very happy with our fire and limestone mantelpiece. The installation team was also great taking under a day from start to finish. Job wasn’t finished until we were happy with it and we were delighted with the result. Highly recommend!

Alex was an absolute star. I phoned to order my electric fire. She immediately contacted the supplier to source the exact model I wanted, came back to me within minutes and double checked all my requirements. Delivery to my door in a few days from ordering. She made absolutelyy sure I knew how to register the appliance and most importantly where to find the serial number! She is a brilliant asset to Flames of Richmond, so cheerful and bright. Just like my new fire !

Highly recommend Flames of Richmond.From the first meeting with Alex in the showroom to the completion of the fitting of our new gas fire and surround, the whole experience has been an absolute pleasure. The fire fitting was done professionally with everywhere being left spotlessly clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly and courteous staff we have come in contact with during the purchase procedure.

James and the team at Flames were great during the sales process and nothing other than caring, diligent and professional for the install.We did experience a couple of minor issues with the fire (due to the new WiFi technology and not the fault of Flames) and I have to say the after sales service was simply superb and our problem was quickly and thoughtfully resolved properly.For what was a high value purchase when, despite doing the appropriate research, you still have to take a leap of faith to some extent, we couldn’t be happier with the product or service received by Flames.Finally, James and his team have never been anything short of utterly charming which also helped make this a thoroughly positive experience.

Fantastic Company with a friendly team and would certainly recommend. They also have a great range of Fireplaces to chose from. My Elderly mum wanted 2 new fireplaces so she could easily used them but couldn't get to the showroom. Alex was fantastic throughout with very helpful advice and James also very helpful when he came to see us on what we can have fitted. From start to finish everything went really smoothly with excellent communication. The 2 fitters were respectful, tidy and done an excellent job. Thank you all so much
