Absolutely delightful restaurant, highly recommend! Reasonable pricing, the most delicious food, wonderful authentic and warm serviceWe were in a group of 7 with 2 vegans / vegetarians and asked the lovely owner to choose our dishes for us - we must have had around 6 starters, mountains of bread and dips, and 5 mains, and we rolled out of the restaurant. Even after we'd paid, the complimentary favours kept coming (e.g. turkish delight, glasses of chilled amaretto, figs and apricots)For the vegans / vegetarians - there are plenty of suitable options on the menu and they are all well worth itUnfortunately didn't take any photos!

Me and my friend wanted to have some great meat options that weren't indian cuisine, and chose this place. I cannot stress upon how lucky we got with it. Everything was perfect, even the complimentary bread was delicious. The meat was succulent, the sauces were perfectly seasoned, the interiors and furniture passed the vibe check and overall for 26 pounds each, we got the perfect fine-dine Turkish experience, which was more than we could've asked for. Special mention to the Turkish coffee served with Turkish delight and water for -wait for it- PALETTE CLEANSING!!!! It felt like the chef was writing poetry with food. This wasn't just food, it was art. Highly recommended.

An absolutely delightful restaurant. With the most beautiful, arty charming decor. The food was to die for. Ali served us today and all I can can say is that his attention was impeccable. Will keep going back to this charming establishment for sure. Recommend highly for a truly magical experience.

We love the place, the food and the people- having been about 13 years ago it was great to be back.Delicious starter and salad with generously proportioned tasty main course.What a relaxing place would strongly recommend.

Absolutely delicious food! We ordered a number of small plates and everything was excellent. So many vegetarian options! The mucver (courgette and feta fritters) and beetroot salad were my favourites. Beautiful decor. Look forward to coming back soon!

I've been to Iznik many times over the years and always take visitors as I know it will be a special experience. The menu is equally accessible to carnivores and vegetarians and offers terrific meze small plates as well as generous main courses - with particularly unique and subtle flavouring. the service is friendly and attentive and the food never disappoints - always memorable and fresh and flavoursome. also extremely good value, particularly for Highbury. Highly recommended -I plan to go again very soon -

A gorgeous little restaurant with beautiful deco. The food was equally impressive - a lovely range of flavours in a beautifully balanced menu. The starters were excellent and provided me with sufficient meat, leading me to have the vegetarian Kabak - with apples courgettes, aubergines, walnuts, and cheese - a hint of vinegar gave a delicious sour sweet twist. Fabulous!
