Gorgeous place to stay

Lovely house and smashing scenery great little getaway although the games room could do with regular checks (all cues were broken) an would of been nice to have met the grounds person earlier (7pm at night was the first time on the first night) we had occurred a loose sheep and couldn't reach the person on the phone and also no call back to check everything was ok other than that absolute fantastic time

Family get together 60th birthday-Fantastic house for spending quality time with family and friends and our pet dog which is priceless-ample parking for 5 cars - hot tub large and very private under cover overlooking the landscape, watching the sheep and lambs passing by 10 meters away was lovely--gardens are semi enclosed and private and will be beautiful in the summer - actually its beautiful in the winter as well-games room great for having fun and passing time playing pool/snooker-on arrival free local goodies left which was a very nice gesture - excellent for eating in, kitchen is large 2 ovens everything you need to prepare full meals-large fridge/freezer - large utility room which you set up as a bar - !!! - machine dryer dishwasher-bedroom's very comfortable 2 with TVS & ensuite and multiply toilets' around property one down stairs-there are two main living rooms both with large TVs Netfixs and countless other channels - wi fi is excellent also-one of the rooms is nice and private if wish to read a book relax or have some quiet time-both rooms have 2 log fires which are great to light and enjoy-Local shop 5 mins away in village has all you need and people so friendly-we tried 2 local pubs unfortunately both were closed for the afternoon-the crown and white lion-I cannot fault this place for a get together very highly recommended great value-house oozes character and charm the owners have done a fantastic job in allowing people to stay and create wonderful memories in a very very special little place - We have stayed in numerous log cabins, properties etc Lakes, Scotland, Wales etc and this has been by far one of the best - - - Thank you - -

Had a wonderful Christmas here with family. Amazing private hot tub, large kitchen with all the utensils you could require. Good sized bedrooms with really comfy beds. Games room. Private parking for multiple cars. Friendly owner. Two open fires with some complimentary logs, then you have to get your own. Wonderful location not far from Llyn Brenig, Betws-Y-Coed, Denbigh. Great if you have dogs. Decorated for Christmas although we brought a few extra table decorations.
