Worst place ever. Don’t ever order anything from here. Everything is dirty. The meat is never cleaned properly and they never follow the instructions they are given. The fat is always left on the lamb when I specifically ask to take it off. The quantity is always less than what I order. The meat always has bits left on it which looks like worms. The skin is not taken off the drumsticks when asked to. I ask for boneless meat but I get given the meat with bones. Please don’t order from here and save your money, time and effort.

(1 year of full time ordering from here)Customer Feedback - The owners handle feedback about the shop/workers very well and they have made sure to keep us as customers happy.Products- I've always gotten good quality meat and the correct weight of meat (done in front of the customers) and cleaned to a good standard. A good range to select from and regular turnover of fresh orders.ServiceOrdering- They understand that customers requirements are different, and they accomodate. They have english speakers working too so makes it easier to explain the finer details.They also give free hot drinks and care to learn your name!Collections- They also give you accurate collection times for the orders to be ready so I'm not waiting around.Pricing - I'm also really grateful they kept their prices low during covid, they deserve credit for that.Hygiene- Thankfully they don't have that smell some shops have. They clean the shop regularly (as I have collected at closing times and they're always cleaning)I'm happy to be a customer of this shop.I would recommend without hesitation. 5 stars.

Personally one of the best butchers I've experienced. With the current pandemic, they still kept their original prices throughout the period while not making the quality of meat deteriorate. High quality meat and the new marinated collection is rather tasty. The staff are nice, presentable and will make you leave the shop with a satisfied smile. I would highly recommend this place due to their products being reasonably priced and their great quality, and the friendly and helpful service they provide.

RUDE and doesn't speak English, I tried doing business with them and he claimed he couldn't understand. Was very rude and when I walked in I seen how dirty the place was so I'm glad I didn't order from there now. DISGUSTING
