We used AK innovative design solutions as they were highly recommended by all the builders we were talking to.From first phone call to the final design of our home extension, Anzar have been extremely helpful and highly professional. So on our first meeting we explain to Anzar what our requirements are as a family and he came up with a number of ideas and designs. We made quite few changes until we were happy with final design and Anzar was very helpful all the way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Anzar and Khuram were both very polite and helpful. They kept in contact with me providing me updates on how my plans were coming along. My detailed plans for building regulations are in great details and were provided to me quicker than I expected. I would highly recommend AK Innovative Design Solution if you are looking at creating an extension and need your plans submitting / building regulation.Anzar and Khuram both visited my property and followed all the guidelines of covid-19, I was very impressed. AK Innovative Design Solution
After deciding we wanted to extend our house to give us more living space our first step was to get some drawings done and put ideas on paper. These guys came up and their work examples and reviews looked fantastic, But that doesn't even scratch the surface. The professionalism and ideas they brought to the table were outstanding and made us see our potential space in a different way.The drawings came back earlier than they stated which was nice and the 3D drawings that come with the plans made us feel like we were buying a new house.Very responsive with their communication :)Would highly recommend their services and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Having used well known established firms for over 30 years, we decided to use AK Innovative Design Solutions for our latest project as their quote was very competitive.Their professionalism and attention to detail was simply fantastic. Khuram was brilliant in understanding our project and kept us informed at every stage. We were particularly impressed with their planning knowledge and the way in which they supported us with gaining planning permission. Brilliant and amazing team. They work very well together and always make sure you are happy with the drawings before proceeding. They submitted the application for us as quickly as possible and chased the council for a response too. We needed a second drawing and they were able to facilitate with that so quickly and in such short notice. Thanks for all your helps guys. Hope to work with you again soon for the next project.

I would definitely recommend AK Innovative Design Solutions. They were over £1000 cheaper than my next lowest quote (I got 4 in total). They were punctual, professional and got the planning application through. I was initially concerned as they are based over 50 Miles from where I live but this didn't affect the service. They were happy to take my calls and respond to messages whenever I needed them to. I really liked the 3d designs and they thought of things that I hadn't which made the overall design much better than I had anticipated. 5 stars.

We called upon Ak innovate design solution for ideas on our house and they had offered a great service to us. Very professional and very prompt and helpful in resolving any queries and issues that we had.The drawings itself are very easy to follow and understand, and they had captured our ideas exactly how we wanted it but also giving their valuable input to get the planning approved.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for decent reliable and creative architects.
