Valley Park
Popular place for walks and dog walking. Used to take my two before they got to old to go far. There's been a lot of work done to the park lately with is good too see. Might want to stay away on a Saturday morning from 9am to 10am as there's a Park Run there every week.

A nice place to take the dog.. watch for the odd knuckle head with staffie off the lead

Valley Park
Great place for a walk with lots of different paths. There is a play area for kids, 2 separate enclosed play/training areas for dogs, a duck pond and a skate park. Situated behind the leisure centre, it also has pitches that can be hired/booked for football. There is also a greyhound run. The area has been used for the couch to 5k initiative and also hosts a parkrun.

Had 10 mins walked thru from top entrance to main entrance wee park for children if only we had the weather and I had time to explore
