We were very pleased to have made the decision to have live-streaming of our mothers funeral service. It enabled many more people to join us in celebrating her life. The Streamworks team were very well organised and responded at short notice. Everyone who watched on-line was impressed with how good the filming was and said how much they felt part of the service. Even without the pandemic situation the live-streaming would have been worthwhile - for elderly friends and relatives and those overseas who would not have been able to travel.

When I saw the StreamWorks service offering I found it was exactly what I needed - someone who can manage a quality video image, interactive Zoom streaming, and a short term website hosting an edited video recording. I had neither the skill nor capacity to manage these aspects of a funeral and Memorial Celebration. Tom and his team provided consultancy about the best options, worked well with the venue and delivered an excellent service on the day. This has allowed me to focus on the attendees and the emotional journey that we are all on. We went down this route due to Covid restictions on the number of attendees - but in all honesty we had a better result as far more of my father's friends and relatives have been able to participate and engage with our tributes and celebrations than would have been possible if we had stuck to an in-person event only. I can heartily recommend StreamWorks.

Solo16 services ensured that the hundreds of family and friends in Ireland, England, Canada, Scotland, the USA, New Zealand and Germany, who loved our beautiful Mum so dearly, the chance to safely mourn her passing and celebrate her incredible life.In such times where social restrictions prevent so many of the traditional and important elements of grieving, this was so important to us, her family.The picture and sound quality were excellent, the camera work sensitive to the situation, making the church look beautiful and the voices of the participants loud and clear. Solo16 were accommodating and flexible with all our wishes and it was so well organised it happened without any technical hitches allowing us to focus on the funeral itself..It was the best money we spent on the funeral and in times like these, every funeral should have live streaming. I was very satisfied with what StreamWorks did in support of a Thanksgiving Service. They were clear about what they needed, they did exactly what they said they would do, and we are very pleased with the end product. Tom was so helpful and efficient, after being left down at the last second by another company I contacted Tom and was able to set up the YouStream service and use it all almost overnight! It’s so simple and the page created was so lovely! All the family loved it and it was so nice everybody could feel apart of the service in these horrible times! I couldn’t be more grateful!
