I came to Nathan to see if my ears were full of wax as they fell blocked.At the same time I asked him to test my hearing.He was very courteous and professional - and very reasonable fees.I was most impressed and pleased.

Nathan was so friendly and put me at ease instantly. I was quite nervous before I visited him and told Nathan this, he kindly explained to me the whole procedure and told me we could stop whenever I liked. As it turned out I didn’t need Nathan’s help in the end but he was still so nice and made me feel very confident and comfortable.

My grandson suffered from impacted ear wax for many months and was having difficulty at school through his deafness. One visit to Nathan Gluck has restored him to new. The treatment was very thorough and thoughtful. My grandson felt comfortable throughout the process as Nathan was considerate and good-humoured, putting him instantly at ease.

An entirely easy and stress free experience in removing an awful lot of wax from my ears and improving my hearing no end. Nathan put me well at ease and gave me supreme confidence in him. Will definitely use his services again and I strongly recommend others to do so too.

Nathan is brilliant. I went to him with impaired hearing - was a 6 month waiting list on NHS!!! He diagnosed a middle or inner ear problem, gave me a hearing test, make a correct prognosis and advised me to get an MRI. The journey now continues with the NHS but if it wasn't for Nathan I would not be getting the treatment I am now insisting on getting. If you've got an ear problem and are stressing go see Nathan. He's ace.

I have had blocked ears for about a month trying the usual oil drops procedure but it did not help. With one ear really painful. I was recommended by a very good friend and she gave excellent feedback on Mr Gluck services. Well he was welcoming, professional and supportive. I was waiting for an important health call and he reassured me that he would stop and allow me privacy if the call came through during the procedure. Excellent service and I will recommend with no hesitation.

I have just been here for an ear syringe service. I would highly recommend anyone to come here. Nathan is an experienced professional and has a well run hearing care clinic. The booking process was so quick and efficient and within the same day I had clear ears. In addition he is an incredibly friendly family man that makes you feel right at ease from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.

Home visit from very helpful and informative audiologist who carried out a mico suction on both ears. Excellent experience. I am only giving 4 stars because it did seem more expensive than any other Practice offering this service as I discovered after I had booked my appointment. But quality is 5 star!

Amazing! Booked me in on short notice on a Sunday evening! I had unbearable ear pain due to ear wax blockage. Nathan was able to clear it all out which gave me so pain relief. He is very professional and caring and displayed a high level of integrity. I will recommend Nathan to friends and family for any ear related issues. Thank you Nathan!
