Viva Pilates with Jacqui
I have tried several pilates classes and this has been my favourite. Jacqui is very warm and knowledgeable and is quick to spot when you need a bit of adjusting without being overbearing. I really feel that I have worked hard but the fabulous relaxation time at the end is the best!
