Really poor service, we paid for a decent carpet when layed had a faulty, they changed it and now the other carpet is faulty too ,the management didn't want to do anything about it we are waiting for someone to come and assess the situation but we don't hold out much hope avoid at all cost

Great shop, however more expensive than most shops for the sale quality. Went in for a quote with their sizes and took well over 20 minutes stood at the till in silence.

Been buying from karpet Kingdom for many many years now. We have bought from a different carpet shop on just one occasion and was disappointed Back with karpet Kingdom never to stray again. Your custom is appreciated your budget is taken into consideration every detail is explained and itemised and you are given advise on the product you are buying and they offer a fitting time that's suits you quality is good too It was a pleasure to meet Michael a great guy who knows his job Highly recommend

Purchased a nice grey woven carpet from Karpet Kingdom.was impressed with the service and the price was great value too. Neil the fitter turned up on time a week later and did a great job. Good service all round and nothing was to much trouble. We will definitely use them again.

Wonderful experience with Karpet Kingdom. The carpet is lovely and was fitted brilliantly. It was great to welcome someone into our home who was very pleasant and was excellent at his job. From our first visit to the shop ...The Staff there were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. To the fitting of the carpet. We can't praise them enough. We are very happy and would definitely purchase from again and recommend. Thank you.

Really impressed with Karpet Kingdom! We had Mick here a few weeks a go to carpet the bedroom and we were so pleased we had the rest of the house done! The staff in the shop were very helpful and made buying the carpet really easy.I cannot praise Mick highly enough! He is the nicest man ever and his work is top quality. Thank you Mick :-)

Great service. We only went here as we wanted to go to the butchers next door. We had great service right from the start. We gave our measurements to the lady who I think was called louse and once we had found a carpet she gave us a quoteWhen the man came out to measure his quote almost the same as the first one that Louise had given usCarpet was fitted and the carpet fitter told us that the underlay we had was in great condition. So we got a refund on the quote would definitively use them again

We have had the whole house done by carpet kingdom. So what does that say to you ?? The selection of the carpets , laminates and woods they have is huge. I'm afraid it won't be a five minute job for you , because of the selection and the options they offer . Also , if you have a NHS Blue Light card , you'll get a discount . Have fun getting Your next carpet and a massive thumbs up from us !!

Great place for getting a good deal on your carpet!!! Had shopped around, but due to the fact Karpet Kingdom stocks different width rolls, we got our carpet fitted delivered underlay the works, all for £160 less than other quotes. Give them a try, could save yourself a packet!!! Will be back again. Fitter is called Mark, top bloke!!
