AVOID AT ALL COST OR IT WILL COST YOU!They sell broken/damaged furniture. They have a no refunds policy which they will not tell you about. Be aware before giving this company your money as they promise you it all to give you nothing.STAY AWAY FROM DESIGNER ROOMS - THEY ARE CROOKS.

Great staff, lovely furniture and accessories

As a previous customer, had been invited to a pre sale VIP event. As usual staff were very helpful and friendly. Range is really great and the prices excellent. Would recommend to anyone for stylish home decor.

The staff In the Prestwick are lovely and helpful and the quality of the furniture is fab.

I always have a great shopping or browsing experience whenever I visit Robert and the staff at The Designer Rooms in Prestwick.They go out their way to make you feel welcome and even offered me a coffee or cold drink on my first visit even though I turned up after finishing work in a scruffy pair of shorts and a t-shirt, not looking like their typical customer.I bought two pictures that day and returned the following day and purchased another four.The staff in the Irvine branch are really nice too, but the same can not be said for the Kilmarnock branch where I went in twice, spent 20-30 minutes in the shop and was ignored on each occasion, that's the reason I go to Prestwick or Irvine and spend my money there.
