Signed up as new customer, then had problems in getting electric as system error. Unable to speak to any one from company.

Only had one charging point as one had stop working for some reason been told by several other customers that it been like that for several weeks which ain't good as if one person can use it at any one point

2 chargers and only 1 working. The working charger has none of the tethered cables working and using own cable charges at 7kw.
