Impact IT Training

I've done CompTia A+,Windows 10 ,Office 365 and Azure Administrator courses with Impact IT Training.I am very satisfied with my teacher Mr. Noman' knowledge and experience.I'm very happy with the courses and recommend Impact IT Training.

Went for CCNA, Security+ and CEH, needless to say, Khurram has been an excellent teacher in the networking and security field. I passed all 3 courses with labs, revision and communication provided by them. CCNA was brilliant, it set the foundation I needed, coming for a telecommunications background, security+ was enjoyable and a straightforward certification, this prepares you for the final CEH exam which was an amazing learning experience. Thank you Impact!

Impact-IT gave the worst customer experience I have ever had with a training company or in fact any potential business partner. Their training is adequate and does the job from the reports I have had from engineers outside my company that have managed to get onto their courses.However, when I tried to engage them to train one of my team, with a view to have all my teams trained by them, they failed miserably with their organisation, communication and administration. All the basics of doing business. There were some issues trying to book the training course initially that did get resolved eventually but things started to really go wrong when they were unable to take payment, as their “system was down” and were unable to use the usual PO (Purchase Order) process that most companies follow. When trying to contact them, they would hardly ever answer the phone, or I would be on hold for a long time. Emails would take multiple days to be responded to, if at all.What is worse!! When one of my team was able to talk with them, we were told verbally and confirmed eventually on email that they assured us my engineer was booked on the course, and they would be able to take the payment once their system was back online. I spent my company’s budget on sending my engineer over to the London along with accommodation from overseas to attend the course. On his arrival he was told that the course had been cancelled. No attempt had been made to contact myself, my engineer or anyone in my company to inform us that the course had been cancelled. Upon asking for an explanation, I received a rude and unprofessional worded email in return telling me that they feel they have no obligation to inform me that the course had been cancelled as it had not been paid for and they take no responsibility. It also showed no interest in customer experience with an offer to put my engineer on another course on a different date, make use of his time there on a similar course or offer any discounts or assistance to make some reprieve for the costs we incurred due to their bad service. On the contrary, the email was just the opposite. Further correspondence was of the same format despite polite engagement. If responded to at all.I would honestly recommend to any business not to use Impact-IT training. If they are willing to treat even one customer in this terrible and unprofessional manner, especially a customer who is looking to do a lot more business with them. As well as have a bad attitude while doing so, with no regard for customer service or experience, then they are willing to do this to any customer.

I completed 3 courses with Impact IT Training so far, and passed my Comptia Security+ and CCNA, which I'm very happy about! I am currently studying for my CEH exam here too. The courses I did were intensive, so the pace was fast. The trainers were very supportive and helped me to pass my exams. Noman taught me Comptia A+ and he was a very kind teacher. I had Khurram for my CCNA and for my CEH course. His lessons were very comprehensive and he made sure the students had all the materials in order to understand the courses fully. I would recommend Impact IT Training to anyone wishing to persue an IT-related career.

I strongly advise against signing up for courses at Impact IT Training. I initially joined with the hope of broadening my practical knowledge in cybersecurity, but what I received was an overwhelming amount of theoretical information with scarce opportunities for practical application.The head instructor, Khurram, particularly stood out for his lackadaisical approach to teaching. It felt as if the passion and commitment that should be present in such a crucial role were missing. This made the learning process far more challenging than it needed to be.Furthermore, I felt a strong emphasis from the company to get students signed up for their monthly payment scheme, which felt more like a trap than an opportunity. The cost of the course is significant, and yet the value I received was far below what was expected. Given the lack of practical training, the disinterested teaching, and the push for the pay monthly scheme, I can't in good conscience recommend this course to anyone.

I did 4 certifications with Impact IT, (Comptia A+, Network+, Security+ and CEHv12) including 5 exams in total. My experience with them was incredible, taught by both Norman and Khurram, both very experienced and knowledgeable instructors. Their expertise was incredibly useful in passing the exams as well as preparing me for the job market. They really help you move from the absolute basics in my case(CompTia A+) to fully fledged security expertise in security+ and CEHv12 in my case. I am incredibly grateful for their guidance, and would definitely recommend people to their training centre if they want to upskill their current IT skills or if they're just starting out from scratch. I highly recommend Impact IT Training as it is the perfect choice for anyone looking to start (or develop) their IT career. Noman is very knowledgeable, experienced and supportive. The courses were exactly what I was hoping for. Looking forward to CEH course in September!

I recently attended a training course at Impact IT Training and I have to say, it was one of the best training experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. But what impressed me was the quality of the training itself. The instructors were experts in their field, and they were able to convey complex information in a way that was easy to understand. The course materials were well-organized and up-to-date, and the hands-on exercises were incredibly valuable in helping me to apply what I had learned.Overall, I would highly recommend Impact IT Training to anyone who is looking to enhance their IT skills

I have had a brilliant interaction with students during the training session which has helped in enhancing my study process and the gaining of knowledge. Khurram has been fantastic in impacting knowledge by using various teaching techniques to help understand some hacking scenarios and remembering some hacking and testing techniques.In summary, i have gained enough knowledge required to go into the job market to compete, owing to the knowledge the trainer Khurram impacted.

I was disappointed with the overall experience at Impact IT Training. Much of the course content could be found online for free through resources like Cybrary and Professor Messer's courses. The quality of the course content and teaching methodology fell short of my expectations. Additionally, the Certified Ethical Hacker course required the purchase of a rootkit that was not disclosed at the time of sign-up, and was not mentioned on the course description on their website. This hidden cost came as an unpleasant surprise a few months into the training. I feel potential students should be aware of these issues before enrolling. Be prepared to face hidden costs and understand that the material taught can be found elsewhere online at no charge. I feel I shouldn't be charged for the ethical hacker package but no refund has been offered hence the negative review. As I’m not going to receive a partial refund, Impact IT can have a 1 star review.A side note to add is the course tutor Khurram was very lethargic and rude with the way he speaks and deals with the students. I was not impressed, especially when we are paying way more than we should for materials that you can learn for yourself. I expected better treatment after paying so much money. Noman was a slightly better course tutor, but I still must make it clear to people who think that because you attend a classroom you will learn more to think twice, as I learnt more on my own then from what was taught to me in the classroom from Impact IT.Please do your research into cybersecurity thoroughly before choosing a course from Impact IT.
