I found these guys helpful and received very good service, with good communication and always turned up on time, went the extra mile to stay late on a Friday night to make sure everything was working OK for me. A+

Came to sort a water problem on 8th June 2021, after we couldn't get hot water in the shower or the bathroom taps all upstairs, paid £140 but he only adapted a temporary piece in the boiler.He contacted us on 14th June to see if it was OK, but he hadn't solved the problem so he said he'd try to source a diverter from an old boiler in a boiler swap.8th Sept 2021 & 4th Feb 2022 he still hadn't sourced a piece.On 22nd April he said he could call in and try to price up a unit for the boiler but never called and not answered messages sinceWe currently have to put the heating on to get a shower which is inconvenient in this warmer weather and also unnecessary use of the fuel whilst trying to cut costsTrading Standards here we come !!!!!!!

Is there any chance of you coming to finish my bathroom this week. You were supposed to be coming g last week and never showed. We tried phoning you and messaging you. This has been on going for 8 weeks now it is ridiculous please let me know one way or the other if you intend to resolve itLast effort to contact proactive plumbing after paying out £2300 I have now had to pay £850 to fix the cladding they installed and just had another one of their customers contact me about their horrific work trading standards here we come!!!!

Was initially happy when they fitted my new boiler, despite them leaving a lot of mess and taking a small chunk out of one of the walls; I wasn’t worried about that and was just grateful that they sorted it so quickly. Fast forward to now and they’ve really let me down, when I had a bust valve and no running water all weekend. This was a small job that can be fixed in ten minutes. They said they’d come out but never did. Full of excuses. Hard to get hold of, at times. Didn’t get back to me, when they said they would. I gave up and called Boiler Fix, in the end, who were brilliant. They fitted me in at a convenient time and got it fixed the same day, with no stress or hassle. Proactive Plumbing were also supposed to fix the flue and make it safe but they didn’t, despite telling me they had done it. They lied to my face and I found out later on when I had someone else come out to service the boiler a year later. Their lie has put my warranty at risk and caused extra cost to fix it. Avoid these cowboys.

FANTASTIC SERVICECalled this company last night at 8pm we had a bad leak water coming through the ceiling this guy was at the door within half an hour the leak was fixed and the price was very reasonable would highly recommend this company many thanks Jane and Peter

Inpaid to first fix downstairs toilet that was never done? Now your not answering calls or messages or just not turning up? Ill wait a week for reply if not will be contacting relevant people/companies to report you/proactive plumbing and heating so noone else is charged for work that doesnt get done. Thanks. Romany
