As part of my Occupational Therapy training, Harriet was both my practice educator at Leonard Cheshire, and gave me the opportunity to experience the group classes run at Huuman. At the movement and balance group in particular, it was amazing to see the week-by-week progress of individual goals, and the friendships formed between everyone. Harriet brings such energy and person-centredness to her work every day, and its such a pleasure to see her breadth of specialist knowledge pay off as people regain their ability to participate in everyday activities again!

Completed manual handling training with Harriet. She was very professional and had the knowledge to answer all questions put to her. Came away feeling confident, with a greater understanding why manual handling is so important in any profession.

I have known Harriet professionally for 2 years. Firstly through work with some of our shared clients, Harriet being the OT, me being the private carer. I was very impressed with her knowledge, professionalm and empathy towards clients. She has since supported my uncle and my husband with OT assements. These assessments especially my husband's have been passed on to both his GP and the neurology department to support my husband's ongoing tests. Harriet uses a holistic approach and her assessments cover diet, exercise and wellbeing. I would wholeheartedly recommend her services.

Harriet is professional, friendly, knowledgeable and full of enthusiasm. She’s been so helpful with getting my 85 year old mum stronger after a hip replacement and a fall, she’s helping her to achieve her goal of playing boules again soon. Mum has seen Harriet 1:1 and also joined the group sessions that Harriet runs are such a brilliant idea for socialising and improving balance, stability and general fitness.Highly recommend Harriet

I am very grateful to Harriet at Huuman for her professional and empathetic OT assessment of my father, who has MND. Harriet’s handling of the appointment made a very difficult situation much easier to bear, and her recommendations and advice were clearly explained as well as recorded in understandable language for future reference. We asked Harriet at Huuman to come to are home, to do a OT Assessment relating to a new door.It had to be suitable for my wife, as she is a full time wheelchair user.Harriet's recommendations and advice was invaluable and very professional.She also showed a lot of empathy and kindness to my wife.Harriet also communicated with our housing provider, which helped in getting the adaptions moving forward.We highly recommend Harriet as a OT and for all the other help she gives.

A very thorough Assesment done for the needs of my daughter. Highly professional but down to earth approach with my 14 year Special Needs child. I cannot recommend Harriet highly enough for her prompt response, professionalism and expertise. It feels like we finally have someone on our side and who will see things objectively.

As a 2nd year occupational therapy student I had the pleasure of spending my placement with Harriet at Huuman. It was a great experience to get a varied look at the services she offers. Harriet is always bubbly and professional with a vast knowledge and experience. She knows how to tailor her practice to the individual clients' needs and provide treatment plans that allow her clients to engage in life again.
