Could not recommend them more, they helped me with a Luton van on a busy Friday when I could not find any Luton van in the entire of West Midlands.Had a booking with a big van rental company and they only had a small transporter available which did not help at all. Happy to have found Halesowen self drive.Staff were helpful and friendly, could park my car on site until I have returned the van, this immensely helpedThey detail any scratches beforehand and they point them out which is really useful, the only minus was that the fuel tank was on the quarter and was not easy to gauge how much fuel to put in, will maybe be easy if the tank will be full however in busy times that might be difficult to achieve.Also they washed the car prior to collecting itGreat experience and will use again if required

I have used the company 3 times, most recently only 2 weeks ago when I moved my son to Cornwall.. the service was 1st class, the van was perfect for what I needed, they were very thorough, efficient and superb in the way the dealt with me..

Hired a 4m Luton for two days as moving house and I can't get arcade machines into a normal Transit without a tail lift.The vehicle was clean and safe, clearly well looked after and no evidence of mistreatment.Prices were fantastic, much lower than national companies in the area, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.Would definitely recommend to everyone and I'll use again when it's time to empty my storage unit.

I cannot praise them enough! I rang them due to another company falling through when I needed a van to move house and they were lifesavers. Within half an hour of the phone call I had a vehicle, and at such short notice! All the staff were absolutely brilliant! The vehicle was nearly new and perfectly suited to my needs. I would highly recommend you to anyone and I have found a company who I will use whenever I need a van!

Great service from HSD, very professional and everything was very easy to complete and explained very well. Compared to the big corporate rental companies there prices were also very competitive. Overall everything was first class and i will be using there services again and its also good to support our local businesses.
