As a new possible customer I had gone past the Tower Bridge location and admired many of the items but not had time to stop in and enquire.Today I had the chance and to say the customer service was poor was an understatement if not for the nice gentleman who was on the phone when I entered I would have had second thoughts about even buying anything.I came into the store around 3pm and upon entering the gentleman was on a call and another lady sat at her desk as I walked around, I checked out some items and still she did not even give me a simple greeting to see if I needed any assistance. 5 full minutes past and at this point I had decided that my money would not be spent in your store if this is how I'm treated as a potential customer.The gentleman after competing his call greeted me and answered all the questions I had regarding the products and was very through.
