I went in with a rip in my Canada goose coat and it needed washing, the coat come back looking brand new. I was amazed at the quality of the job done on the stitching you wouldn't even notice it was ever there. The coat smelt amazing and the feathers were all puffed up and felt brilliant on and the lad who served me was efficient and very helpful I wouldn't go anywhere else and would recommend to anyone to go here

Had my curtains cleaned at Prima Cleaners and I was delighted with them. The staff are very helpful. I’m having some alterations done and they spent a lot of time advising me with the measurements. I recommend them to anybody who wants cleaning or alterations done.

Don’t trust this cleaning business with anything of value they ruined my Zimmerman top which cost me 600 pounds by shrinking it then stretched it out of shape . Do not use.

Botched my new curtain alteration. (1 side an inch shorter than the other). Very apologetic and offered a refund which I accepted then they unilaterally decided they wouldn't. Work of low standard. Also lost all the hooks attached and didn't seemed too bothered. Don't trust them with anything of value.

Dry cleaned pair of my wife's trousers. Creases all in the wrong places ruined. Complained but didn't offer anything other than an apology. Sorry wont be using service again.

Absolutely wonderful! I have a lot of vintage clothes, often without care labels, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The care, expertise and professionalism is second to none. I trust all my lovely archived pieces to be cared for and looked after perfectly. I wouldn't take my clothes anywhere else!

Recently had a set of cushion covers and two woollen throws cleaned here. The quality of work was excellent, beautifully clean and pressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Due to the quality of workmanship I am now having a set of curtains cleaned.
