Poor ability to return phone calls, specifically the service department. Three attempts made all unsuccessfully.

Very poor service. Dropped my Alfa Romeo off for a first service only for them to break a tyre valve on my car and push the blame on me. When I said I wouldn't pay for the repairs as the damage has happened at their dealership I was told it was my responsibility and I was now left without a driveable car. It was claimed that I needed a new tyre and pressure sensor to rectify the issue and that another valve cap was seized which they were unable to remove. It took me to get my own professional tyre technician to come and rectify their mistake without the need for pricey sensor and only replace the valve stem that was required. I then removed the seized" dust cap myself on the forecourt. Something the "technician" was unable to do themselves. They also failed to find the nail that was in one of my tyres which I also rectified myself. All of this and a big bill just for a first service. Will not returning as this is not the first time I have had my car mistreated/damaged at this dealership. The only plus was my service advisor was very helpful and apologetic for what had happened

I was very impressed by the service given by Mitchell Slack at Alfa Romeo Chelmsford. He was excellent in terms of first impression and was highly knowledgeable of the product. He was patient and professional. Instantly got back to me with options that might suit me. A really strong ambassador of the company. Thank you.

Poor customer service. Despite booking a courtesy car 3 weeks in advance & being told I could collect it any time during the day - when I arrived at 11am….I’m told that NO cars are available as it’s been issued to another customer and will not be until at least 5pm Surely if you book a courtesy car, it is allocated to you!!!! Wasted journey, then told to return the next day to hopefully have the use of a car by a customer service agent who couldn’t manage to look up from their computer. No apology, no effort to solve the issue & an attitude that my time & the 45 minute journey to get there is of no consequence or value! Poor show Glyn Hopkin!!!!
