We had private hypnobirthing and classes with Jess as we'd not left ourselves time to go to book on the group sessions. She was amazing, made us feel completely at ease and demystifyed the whole thing for us. She really connected my husband to the whole process as well which has made him feel more excited about the birth. Would definitely recommend.

Jess was brilliant! We did her hypnobirthing course with our third baby (now a month old). We came to hypnobirthing as I wanted to improve my birth experience as it had been a bit mixed with my first two babies. Jess came and delivered the course at our house which was great for us as we wouldn't have been able to go out to a course with having two children already. She tailored the course to suit us, so I didnt want to know about hypnobirthing for induction as I knew I wasnt going for that so Jess just skipped that bit! She's very knowledgeable and friendly. At 38 weeks we discovered our baby was breech and it sent me into a meltdown as the consultant booked a section delivery which I wasnt happy with. I emailed Jess as I was really upset and she was great, she reassured me and totally understood why I felt the way I did. Anyway, baby turned and we had a water birth which is what I'd wanted and I think it all went so well because of hypnobirthing. I would really recommend hypnobirthing no matter what number baby you're on and I would recommend Jess and The Calm Mama company.

Jess is fantastic! She guided us so thoughtfully and carefully through our private hypnobirthing course - tailoring it perfectly to our individual situation. Jess explains everything so well and provided us with all the resources and support we need to prepare for our forthcoming arrival. As first-time parents we were quite nervous but she put us totally at ease and helped us put all the plans in place we need for a calm birth. Recommended to all parents to be!
