International Standard parcel never recieved, it was sent to me on July 26, on Aug 10 the sender checked the status of the shipping and it turned out not even the staff knew what happended to it, the tracking number was useless, apparently the package got lost without knowing if it even got out of the country or not, it's Sep 4 and no sight of it yet. Second time Royal Mail fails on international delivery.

Generally staff helpful but the Web site still has covid opening times! Also misleading hand written sign on door - closed today open tomorrow at 8am? What day? No date!

Terrible and completely unhelpful member of staff at the main counter. Rude and blunt. To the point we felt she did not want to help anyone, and it was her aim to give as little information as possible. No receipt, despite asking for one. Advised our parcel was too big, despite fitting in size and weight requirements.

Parcel ordered and paid for 48hr delivery. Was sent text that it was due 2 days later Wednesday 5th April. Parcel didn't turn up, no tracking info. Phoned Royal mail and was told it had not cleared Tipton but should be overnight and arrive Thursday 6th April. No info available so this time went to local Hereford sorting office for info was told it was still in Tipton. Good Friday no-one working, Saturday 8th April still no sign Easter sunday, Bank holiday monday came and went finally turned up a week late.

I was meant to have a package delivered yesterday which is a Christmas present well it got delivered but not to the right address I was hoping that the person that got my delivery would come and give it back and still nothing I want this sorted I’m not happy.... Edit..... it’s been found thank goodness it was left where we put are electric and gas on but didn’t let us know it was there though.

Just drove a 2hr round-trip to pick up a package only to see a sign saying 'open 7am-10am'. Not written on the card. Nothing on the website. No one answers the phone. Personnel numbers can't be an issue, loads of people looking for work at the moment. Could all be resolved by improving communication.

Postman took my parcel, threw it about, didn't bring the labels with him. Parcels now lost with no idea where. Won't give me his name to make a proper complaint and instead make excuses for him that there's a lot of negativity towards them.Perhaps there is negativity because of your rude, disorganised postmen snatching parcels from people, throwing them onto surfaces and not putting on the labels as they were supposed too before running off.
