First time visiting. Didn't have what I wanted. Pumpkin spice. Apple pie drinks. Sundries were unavailable. Go into the warehouse to top up. Comment: Didn't go down well, only trying to make light of the situation . Still had hot drinks and a good shop lovely place fantastic service

Decent sized shop with cafe area at the front. Had an ice cream white was j by land and very disappointing.Overall a good selection but can’t say it was a whole lot cheaper than any other HC shop.

Whilst I think the shop here is attached to a factory, there are no outlet-style deals. Everything in the shop was normal prices. However, there is a cafe here selling Hotel Chocolat's delicious hot chocolate along with a tempting array of cakes and sweet treats. Staff were really lovely and friendly too.

As per other reviews, I agree that the term outlet" usually means discounted goods (as in the York Outlet Mall). However all goods are full price. At the moment it is mostly Christmas chocolate - to be expected. It is a biggish space compared to shop

Lovely coconut white chocolate shake, yummy. 3 weeks later visited Christmas bits on the shelves a lovely assortment so stocked up for Christmas. Long use by dates. Lovely hot chocolate. Shame spiced pumpkin hot chocolate out of stock.

The perfect place for a gift especially when you have no idea what else to get. They sell anything and everything chocolate related, in a fancy package! It's not just the packaging that's nice though, as the taste and texture of their chocolate more than holds up!Don't follow Google Maps directions though. After the roundabout it'll tell you to take the first left. If you do that, you'll end up in a warehouse surrounded by lorries. Instead, take the next left. Enjoy!

Lovely big shop with a cafe at the front. The shop had a really good selection of the chocolates available at all Hotel Chocolat shops. They also have a section of broken/mis-shaped or short dated chocolates, which is a great idea, although it cost me a fortune!!The chocolate gin and beer was unusual, but my daughter absolutely loved the taste of both. We will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area

Always drove past this place. So decided to actually go inside. It has a good range of chocolates and much cheaper than the high street. If you like a bargain, you can get chocolates that are close to their Best before date at half the price. There’s also a small cafe in the shop with a great choice of hot and cold chocolate drinks. If you love hotel chocolat’s chocolates then it’s worth a visit.

Well worth a visit. Outlet shop (some good deals on chocolate with a short best before date), and a lovely cafe with indoor and outdoor seating.
