My wife and i have just purchased a beautiful Mercedes Sl 400 from Kaim Park Garage. Alan showed us the car when we arrived to enquire about the car. He was professional, knowledgeable and gave us the space to inspect the car on our own. He arranged a test drive to suit us and we were able to do this without a staff member being present. Alan also arranged our extended warranty. On our few visits to the garage we were always welcomed warmly by all the staff. My wife and I bought a Range Rover Evoque from this garage a few weeks back. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Alan the salesperson was great. No hard sell but plenty discussion about the pros and cons of the two cars that we were interested in. Early days yet but I think we'll be back to Kaim Park for our next car. Brilliant.

I bought a 17 plate range rover a few years back, and the service from start to finish has been exceptional, better service than I received from the main dealer if i be honest. I recently just traded in my range rover for a newer one and yet again amazing service. WOULDNT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Bought Range Rover Velar rover for £37,995 in Feb 2023. Car started losing power wrong 5 months after purchase.Spoke with kaim park garage who took the car to get it diagnosed at Landrover garage.This was on the 26th August.Car needs a new engine.Lee who has been supposedly dealing with the car has given us the odd E-mail.(Engine still not arrivedWill contact you next week if I have a update.)So the car has been in landrover since the 26/08/23We asked for a courtesy while the car is being repaired.No they refused us a courtesy car.Didn’t want to knowThe amount of cash that we have used on hire cars, public transport is ridiculous.Honesty stay away from this Garage as they will take your cash, but will not be a priority if anything goes wrong with the car.So now we have decided they can keep the car as we are contacting the finance company to refuse it & let them deal with getting our deposit back.By far the worst after sales I have ever had the experience of dealing with.Do yourself a favour & keep clear.

Recently purchased my vehicle from here. Alan was super helpful throughout the entire process. Very quick and easy process with the guys. Came all the way to their branch in Edinburgh from London & they were very helpful throughout the entire buying process. Thank you Alan for all your help.

I brought the November 2022 at first very happy with the service however when buying the car I was sure the tires had enough tread they assured me they would not sell a car with less then 3ml when I got back home I called them back they said they wanted proof that the tires weren’t any good. I got a report done they then he three more reports. After getting the reports done I called them back they would only pay half towards a new set of tires. Also I started to notice scuffs and damage to the wheels which led me to believe they had done a cheep smart repair i cost me £350 to get them done all in since getting the car from them with in 4 weeks I had to spend £550. And last of all I went to part exchange the 3 weeks ago only to they had solid me a car showing as having outstanding finance. When I called they did sort it out but I lost the car I was going to buy, not happy I brought my BMW for just under £ 23000 was I happy with the service I was not I would proceed with this company with caution.
