What a great service! This is true true quality work. Ibrahim was able to bring a beloved rucksack back to life, replacing two zips to such a standard as it looked like new and ready for use in a smart business setting -- having brought it to him frayed and falling apart. I was so glad and grateful and I doubt one could find work of this excellence in many places. Heartily heartily recommend! I'll be bringing all my fiddly jobs to these guys from now on. Also really excellent chance to support a Syrian business in our city!

Ibrahim provides a professional and quality service, I usually visit him last minute for tailoring my trousers, he is always busy, but never disappoints and is always happy to help, most days he completes the job within a few hours. Highly recommended.

The BEST in Bristol… I have been going to Needle & Thread for years because I can always count on their service. It’s ran by a lovely man named Ibrahim - I’m so grateful for the numerous times he’s helped me out last minute! Everyone in there extremely skilled, hard working/ efficient and the pricing is very fair considering the quality of their craftsmanship. The BEST tailor in Bristol!I had a fully sequinned ball gown to alter and two pairs of trousers to shorten.They were done to a fantastic high quality and all within a matter of days.I told Ibrahim the trousers can wait but the dress is urgent and he still did them all anyway.Thank you so much!

I had a suit jacket tailored here and would have no hesitation recommending Needle & Thread.The price was excellent for shortening and shaping the sleeves and bringing in the jacket - a much better value than other quotes I had been given in Bristol! It was delivered faster than promised and was very well fitted - thank you again!

We have been customers of Ibrahim's for almost 7 years now. He is providing the best service, always with a smile, on time, and with reasonable prices. Last month, my son, who was visiting from Surrey, brought several jackets and trousers to be taken in, including a cashmere coat of his late father's. Excellent work done on all of them, so Ibrahim has got now a new out-of-town customer. We have never had a complaint, that's why we keep coming back for all our alterations.

It is so amazing here. I took a dress in expecting it to be at least a few days but no - he done it there and then! It was the second thing I had taken in and it won’t be the last! Absolutely first class service for any sewing needs. I will definitely be going back! Very reasonable cost wise too. Lovely tailors. Highly recommended. A*
