Kwik Fit - Sittingbourne

Needed some urgent work on my car to pass the MOT. Michael was very accommodating and helpful and managed to fit me in the next day. I arrived promptly in the morning, friendly greeting. Went for a walk and a coffee in town and within a few hours my car was fixed and readyI can't fault the service I've received and am very grateful as all other garages were fully booked for at least a week! Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I called Sittingbourne Kwik fit and spoke to Michael regarding changing my brake pads which was showing as worn out on my dashboard. It was refreshing and friendly voice that answered and booked me in for a service. Upon arrival, he was very professional and with no time wasting promptly sorted out the issue. I must say that his expertise, experience, customer service and professionalism is of first class standards. I fully recommend Kwik fit Sittingbourne for all your brakes, tires etc etc

It's super difficult to find the tyres fixing if you suddenly need in Sunday. Lucky I found Kwik Fit and Daniel is professional and efficient. He fixed my tyre very well.

Micheal - Kwik Fit - Took my Audi a3 for repairs to many many mechanics, who never succeeded in finding my problem (strong smell of diesel, loss of power and strange turbo noises, 5 minutes of being in the hands of Michael, he managed to find the problem after kindly asking for his assistance,He put the car on the ramps, and confirmed everything in and on the turbo system was correct and faultless, he then used a few techniques to find that the EGR valve was faulty by the smallest of holes, which you cannot visually see,He has my full commendation, and wouldn’t recommend a better mechanic. Please bare in mind I only asked for a tyre to be changed and this was the service he provided me, thank you Micheal, I will deffornately be coming back.

I’ve not used Kwik Fit for many years; I had a poor customer service experience in Plymouth and it very much tainted my opinion the firm. However, I needed new tyres to be fitted on Thursday and was left with very little choice but to use Kwik Fit. As a non mechanically minded person, I was dreading my visit as I would obviously be ripped off and up sold. I was completely wrong; the Staff were super attentive, polite and professional. My tyres were replaced very quickly and they even bothered to wipe off the glue stuff you always seem to get whenever your tyres are replaced.As I departed, one of the mechanics said to me, “keep an eye on your rear brake pads, they’re okay for now but are getting low”.I will definitely be returning to Kwik Fit in Sittingbourne to get my rear brakes looked at in the coming months.

My front tyres needed changing asap because they were to low and was slippery when braked and driving in rain I never wanted an accident or put my kids or others in danger other garages said at least a week but Kwik fit Sittingbourne managed to squeeze me in on the day and made me feel real at ease that I was gonna drive away safe so thank you Kwik fit first time I used them but will be my first choice in future and I strongly recommend

I went to sittingbourne Kwik fit at 11:30 with a puncture it was repaired and back on the road in 20 minutes. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I would recommend this branch 100%. Best one I’ve ever been to and as a driving instructor it is essential I can get back to work quickly. Cheers boys.
