Ultra Klean

I've been to some BAD car washes in my time, but this place doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The place is open 24 hours but it is manned by 1 foreign worker (probably underpaid), no facility to pay by card... Anyway i simply wanted a hoover and clean inside (glass and trims etc), i did NOT need the car washed on the outside as i already did it earlier... anyway the guy was slow and grumpy. He was missing loads of parts and spraying chemical on my trim which was already clean and just leaving it there, i had to force him to wipe it off a total clown. Make sure you inspect these guys as they work as they are chancers... i basically showed him the DIRTY parts of the car i wanted CLEANED.. he starts moaning saying we don't normally do this".. bla bla.. NEWSFLASH: you are a car wash / valet centre so technically this is part of your job so to say you don't normally do this is hilarious really... what do you normally do then?At one point he was trying to suggest i should go for the mini valet or full valet

Went on wed night after work at midnight. Guy did a fantastic job. Even used a wee brush in at air vents and lifted rear seats up to hoover. Car sold next day.

Ultra clean was brill my car was really dirty and for seven quid it is looking smart

Always use this car wash early in the morning . The young man who washes the cars is a gent and does a great job whether a wash or mini valet

Just in for a quick wash absolute mediocre attempt. Wasn’t washed properly at all poor show especially as they’ve put prices up as well

Would rate higher as they usually do good work and are polite. However my dad has a lot of cars and gave them his business for years, but they were extremely rude to him recently, so i wont be back with my cars either.

Have used for years however standards have fallen off a cliff . Took mine and my partners cars for a quick wash one after the other only found out when back home with both vehicles both still had bird droppings on them........will not be back !

Rubbish, no cleaning agents used just told roll along quick foam and rinse £7 would have been better doing it myself used to be good years ago. Won't be back rather go elsewhere.

Poor clean for £7. No sponge or wax used. Dirt still left on the front of the car, when I pointed it out the guy told me it won't come off, but i used my finger and it came off. He had the option to just quickly clean it but instead he just told me to go away.

Do not normally review businesses but felt I had to warn potential customers about this car wash.I do not usually check that my car has been cleaned properly at the time of washing but wish I had with this car wash.Ultra Klean should really be called Nowhere Near Klean as when I arrived home it was clear that a major chunk of the car had been totally missed (both lower parts) nearside and offside.So £7.00 got me out to wash the parts that Ultra Klean did not reach ---- be warned !
