Great day out and entry ticket last for a whole year. Great to explore the ships and submarines. Those giving talks/tours really knew their stuff and seemed to really care about the vessels they were tak9ng people around.

We had a wonderful time at our visit to Santa. Very well put together. Kept our son interested the whole way around. Also the most important thing was to hand deliver his Christmas wishlist :-) He already asked if we can come and visit him next year again.

Lots of exhibits to see. highlight for me was going down in the submarine Ocelot very interesting. Everyone on site was extremely knowledgeable didn’t have to ask many questions which is always good. Couple of cafes/restaurants on site serving sensibly priced food. Try to avoid eating at peak times however as it took quite a long time to get to the table. Good facilities for children (even though I didn’t bring any) noticed a couple of play areas and children’s activities on site. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys looking round old ships and how they used to make the ropes, rigging and maintain them. Also had quite a few military pieces of machinery and Second World War vehicles & equipment. Would definitely revisit.

We went as part of our Call The Midwife Tour Coach Trip so our tickets were included in the overall price but it was just incredible! Learnt so much you can explore the battle ship, you have to book in for the tours around the Ropery and Submarine which I suggest you do! The Call The Midwife Tour was just AMAZING! If your a fan GO, DO IT! You won’t regret it! It’s a really big dockyard with wheelchair access and a little cafe with reasonable hot meal deals and children’s indoor and outdoor play area so it’s fun for all!

Thoroughly enjoyed or time there, approximately 3 hours , we had to cut short our visit as we had something else planned later in the day but will be revisiting in the spring to see the other exhibits. The staff were all really pleasant, informative , and fun .We couldn’t wish for more. The free parking and admission allowing you to visit all year around made it great value for money.Excellent

We had such a good visit! Wish we'd left more time to explore as plenty to look at!I wimped out on the submarine tour as I have a bad back and didn't want to try crouching through the holes but my 6'6 partner managed it fine!Your ticket is valid for a year and unlimited? visits.Parking super easy and free

Went to the gaming festival. Girls had a great day. It was pricey. Can of soft drink £2.50. highly recommend taking your own bottle. Free water tap to refill available. Everyone was really friendly and answered all their questions. All the staff were helpful.

All of the staff were very nice and friendly. The complex is large with apparently lots to see. However you need an interest in this specific type of history to thoroughly enjoy it. We went for a Call The Midwife" tour which was great and well worth the price. The rope making building and demonstration was surprisingly interesting and well done. I didn't truly "love" the Dockyard merely because I wasn't as interested in most of it

The site is large and the exhibits are very interesting. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, with a special mention to the team in the roppery who were exceptional. The tour of the submarine was also extraordinary, never to be forgotten. We had a fabulous time and still didn't see it all. We will gladly return.Buying our tickets online was good value.
